What's the name for the corporate concept that says the more ineffective a worker is, the more likely s/he is to climbing to the top of the company ladder? Isnt Sidney Ponson a fantastic example of this?
This guy was with the Giants, the Twins, the Rangers, the Orioles and now with the Yankees with a chance to see time in the post-season. Really?

when i worked for the feds me and my old boss used to marvel at the peter principal. especially when they wanted to can his ass but instead gave him (and not indirectly me) a promotion.
