NEW YORK - Carlos Zambrano threw a "made-for-Manny" pitch to Boston slugger Manny Ramirez in the fourth inning of Tuesday night's All-Star Game, saying afterward he would not have thrown it to any other player.
The curve sailed over Ramirez's head, eliciting some gasps in the stands and a few chuckles in the National League dugout.
"He's one of my favorite players," Zambrano said. "I like some of the crazy things he does."
