could not care less
vaguely rooting for the NL simply due to my upbringing
i don't suppose chris berman still does the 'back-back-back' thing (i hope) but even so

Ditto, don't care. Haven't watched a HR Derby in years either, although if I'd known Teoscar was going to win, I would have tuned in to see that--happy for a happy guy.

I should say, though: if I'm home (will probably be at tennis), I will absolutely tune in to see Skenes.

so... that anthem. i realize everyone is dunking on how horrible it was; and after listening i have to say it's actually worse than i expected.

Skenes' start (I'm sure he'll only pitch one inning) feels like a must-watch.

The friend I went with to the Tigers game on Saturday had a bet on Teoscar last night--think he was 12 to 1 or thereabouts.

I too would have to get drunk before I'd ever attempt that song in public.

Stay Healthy, Please: the Paul Skenes Thread.

Understanding why doesn't mean I can't hate it: that Skenes doesn't get a second inning.

Weird, did people stop watching it after the AL took the lead?

I watched Skenes and that was it. Just can't get interested in the ASG anymore.
