Best new rule suggestion for the game by ILBB users

if the pitcher attempts a pickoff and the home crowd boos, every single person in the crowd who booed is thrown out of the stadium and can never attend a game again

hard to choose between relief pitcher pinch hitting and pitch clock chaos

30 sec pitch clock for everything bc a game should be 3 hours of entertainment imo

I think I missed out on the original poll. Lots of good ideas here. I think there has been a serious proposal about requiring SP's to go six innings unless they give up 4+ runs or throw 100+ pitches?

Pitch clocks for everything would be fun, including HR trots. If you don't make it around the bases in, say, less than 20 seconds then your team is penalized one run.

Ban the DH

How about a DH for every position and not just pitcher?

i’ve expanded it beyond the situation where it’s the home team booing the away team. now it’s just anyone booing a pickoff attempt. they’re out of there

I was the nostalgic and irrational vote for keeping starters in longer.

i still support throwing out any fan who boos a pickoff attempt -- for some reason, this reminds me of something in Ball Four where I think they sit around in the dugout and try to think of the most tasteless promotions. If I've got that right, they might not date so well.
