I voted for Wilkin Ramirez because I've never heard of that guy in my life and I'm not sure that you didn't just make the name up.

Ramirez was called up this past May to DH, hit third, homered, and went back to Toledo the next day. When the rosters expanded, he was a PR specialist whose duty was to advance to second on a bunt and remain there until the inning finished. He was never given the steal sign, despite 30+ SBs and 77% SB% in Toledo.
