Steve Barber (who spent the entirety of Jim Bouton's great "Ball Four" with his injured left arm in some sort of cockamamie therapy machine, all the while denying such an injury existed) died.

The Orioles' first 20-game winner, Barber was also notable for one of the craziest lines you'll ever see, in a 1967 game against the Tigers.
