1985 Topps or 1987 Topps?

maybe its a generational thing but the rare times i hear cards discussed it's a debate between '85 Topps and '87 Topps.

way before my time but i wish i could go back and get a complete mint set of the '71 and '73 topps sets.

i kinda like the '83 topps as far as that decade goes. pretty clean lines, kinda remind me slightly of the '73 topps.

Andy K wow totally forgot about blow up cards, not sure if that's real or a co-hallucination. i remember topps trying out punk style button pins for top five players of each team, but that might have been '86.

I think the 81 Donruss was one of my favorite year of cards. They went to the white board paper, which made the pictures seem brighter and you could more easily read the stats on the back.
