What to do about the Montreal Expos?

What should MLB do with the Montreal Expos?

It cannot be good for the game to have one team in perpetual limbo owned by the league and no true place to call home.

I think the best places to put a club would either be in the DC area or somewhere in the Charlotte area of North Carolina. I think it is ridiculous that the owner of the Orioles can singlehandedly keep a team out of DC.

Honestly, I think the best solution MLB would be better off disbanding a couple of teams, but it probably isn't going to happen.

It is a shame that the Expos haven't been able to raise the funds to make the team work, their minor league system has been one of the best for the past twenty years and have turned out bunches of stars.
