(because they're former Red Sox, they each have 10 letters in their name, and they're my former favorite player / ridiculously large / awful to a laughable degree)

I don't know who this "Snacks" is, but if you're talking about Rich Garces, then you're talking about EL GUAPO.

I miss the hothead kind of psycho closer like Randy Myers, Rob Dibble, Mitch Williams, Goose Gossage, etc. Those guys were freaking show business. That game where Dibble freaked out on the mound against the Cubs and on a bunt (or maybe tipped) hit where he threw the ball at Dawson running down the line was one of the funniest things I have ever seen on a baseball diamond.
Eric Davis Eric the Red was a really unique player.
Mark Grace Eye black, no batting gloves, sweet swing...and some day games it looked like he was coming off a long night.
Joe Oliver Joe was a dude.
Ron Cey The guy was really good, but man did he look awkward.
Ryne Sandberg

He led his team to a 38-3-1 record, 3 varsity league titles and 3 CIF Championships. Casey and Nolan were both on hand for the Craig Biggio 3000 Hit ceremony before the game yesterday. Obviously, since I included his name in this thread, I was pretty excited to see Candeale out on the field. However, it certainly doesn't compare to the spontaneous electricity that shoots through the crowd at Minute Maid Park the instant everybody realized that Nolan Ryan is in the park. Bagwell was the other former-teammate to take part in the ceremony.
