Recently, I had a nightmare in which I was at a Marlins game and struck up a conversation with someone in their front office. Loria happened to be sitting behind us and said, "He's good. He should be your assistant." The next morning, when I showed up for my first day on the job, Loria canned everyone but me, said "You figure it out," and split.

So in case you missed it, Alex Rodriguez is suing his own union, which (understandably) has upset a fair number of his fellow union members. In fact, so upset that they (naturally) wondered if they might eject Rodriguez from the organization. Turns out they can't. But if he comes back they can throw pitches at him! So there's that.
