Richmond in a close one, whilst they would be considering themselves certainties for the 8, they will come back to earth and would prolly have lost if not playing melb

Collingwood to win by 10 goals +,WB are the worst coached side in the comp

Adelaide to win by 5 goals, Brisbane arent wound up yet and were lucky against sydney, plus the fact they are salary cap cheater and cheats never prosper

The saints by 5 goals, Essendon could be the slowest team in the AFL

West Coast in a close one, very hard side to beat at home, the power has too many injuries to key players.

Freo to cause the upset of the round

Geelong vs Carlton, what a blockbuster, id tip a nil all draw and a crowd of 5

Kangaroos to beat the hawks, simply because hawthorn suck.

Richmond over Melbourne - too much trouble happening in 4WD country
Collingwood - wont tip against them until next week!
Brisbane - even if Lynch, Voss, Brown dont play
West Coast - they are at home
Essendon - experience coming back into the side and they play well at the dome
Sydney - Tadhg out but charges against Farmer may unsettle the younguns
Carlton - desperate
Kangaroos - 'cause I don't care which one wins!

"Geelong vs Carlton, what a blockbuster, id tip a nil all draw and a crowd of 5"

Yeah and if that bloody REB pinches my seat again there'll be hell to pay!

My tips for the week:

Richmod, even crap Tiger teams regularly beat Melbourne so this week it doesn't matter if this Richmond team really still is or not.

Collingwood, but they'll get a fright in the process. A close-fought win here would look better for Collingwood than a romp.

Brisbane, the MOTN are in free-fall. Anybody trying to get back into the Adelaide Amphitheatre of Massed Idiocy 10 minutes into the third quarter runs a real risk of getting stampeded.

St Kilda, Essendon will get a couple back but it won't be enough, big danger to St Kilda is, things like the Milne business can drag a good game out of a team in the first week after it blows up but then they blow too big a sigh of relief the next week.

Port - The Portaloos seem to have made a special project out of getting off to a good start this time. The extra day off will help, especially against a team that played in Melbourne last week

Freo - by a whisker, toss the coin job, even though it's only round 2 lazy journos will declare the winner a flag chance and the loser a pretender even if there's only a point in it at the end

Carlton - at home, their first-up effort wasn't that bad (Geelong's was), although the travel factor won't help. Geelong have six players out, we have two, and one of ours has never actually been in.

Hawthorn, always matched up well v Roos even when their entire midfield was called Shane Crawford, which is no longer so.

Richmond: Melbourne are about as useful as Geelong.
Western Bulldogs: Collingwood still not right.
Cows: Especially if Lynch, Voss, Brown dont play. If they've got any aggots at all they'll win this one. A loss would tell plenty.
St Kilda by plenty: Essendon are about as useful as Melbourne.
West Coast: A better midfield and at home will beat the Papsmears.
Swannies: In the game of the round BBBB Hall to clean up big time.
Catters: We've still got Scarlo and Harley and they've still only got Fevola. We can cover Sando & Milburn and Benny & Riccardi did bugger all last week anyway.
Hawks: The Roos to come to grief with Crawford getting a zillion touches.

Melbourne v Richmond MCG* - Melbourne can't play that badly two weeks in a row and Richmond can't play that well two weeks in a row. Richmond in a scrappy close affair.

Collingwood v W Bulldogs MCG - Bulldogs to do over a disappointing Magpie outfit by about 3 goals.

Adelaide v Bris Lions FP - Brisbane to thump them.

West Coast v Port Adelaide Sub - West Coast in another game to be decided by about a goal.

Essendon v St Kilda TD* - The Saints to prove round 1 was not a fluke and keep the bombers on the bottom of the ladder to the tune of about 4 goals.

Sydney v Fremantle SCG - Sydney at the SCG by about 20 pts.

Carlton v Geelong OO - Geelong have won the last couple against the blues and I think that will continue. Geelong by 11pts

Hawthorn v Kangaroos MCG - The Hawks centre line to tear apart the Kangas. Hawks by 40+. Looking forward to seeing the G again.

Richmond - how long till it's ski season?
Collingwood - stung by last week and will limp over the line.
Crows - Lions have no forward line, can't expect Pike to deliver goals every week.
Essendon - to silence those who have written them off.
Power - the best team in the league when the heat is off.
Swans - there's no place like home.
Cats - the Perth curse to make it's 2005 debut.
Hawks - in the close one!

Richmond - but who really cares?
Doggies - lot to admire last week. Could be a bit of a suprise.
Brissy - Cows in freefall.
Saints - to vacuum Bummers in The Lounge.
Eagles - gained extra two hours rest by flying West. Kerr to spear 'em
Freo - be nice for WA but Swannies will be hard to toss
Cats - what can I say?
Roos - still don't rate Hawks.

Bloody Richmond and bloody Sookie Bubba Richardson, when I don't tip them they win by miles, when I do they lose by just as big a margin.

Never again

What about friggin Melbourne? I backed them last week to beat Models Inc and they were shite so I backed the Tiges this week and the Demons duly turned up for a nice old walk in the park.

Ar fuggit!!
