I'll let darraghmac answer but I work with a woman called Fionnuala and about 1 in 4 of her colleagues pronounce her name correctly.

finooala, in a flow without a huge amount of stress on any of it, maybe a touch on the fin would be fine

theres a touch of 'w' between the oo- and the -a and im sure theres regional or personal variations as to how silent or otherwise the 'io' in the first syllable is

i dont know any technical terms around language boss im sorry, but i speak to people all the time i promise
