W Bulldogs v Essendon TD*
Carlton v Collingwood MCG - Coll. Carl couldn't possibly recover. Could they?
Fremantle v St Kilda Sub - Freo to inflict the Saints 1st loss.
Port Adelaide v Adelaide FP - Port to continue their dominance. Crows haven't beaten Port since 2000.
Kangaroos v Bris Lions TD - Can't see the Kangas getting up.
Sydney v Richmond SCG - Sydney too good.
Melbourne v West Coast MCG - Melbourne, I hope.
Hawthorn v Geelong TD - Hawks with absolutely no confidence.

I should do what a girl friend's father does and tip against my own team each week. He tips against the maggies every week, That way you're bound to be happy about something.

Essendon - just for you chrisso
Collingwood - good effort last week but will miss presty
St Kilda - tp fire up and show they arent pretenders
Power - Adelaide's has its best chance due to injuries, but they are shite and will continue to be when playing carey
Lions - easily
Sydney - easily
Melbourne - WC are the softest side in the afl. Melb should be swabbed
Catters - if they keep playing moloney, REB that boy can play

You're a cruel man, Jase.
Carlton v Collingwood MCG - Pies by a whisker.
Fremantle v St Kilda Sub - Freo to be too good at home.
Port Adelaide v Adelaide FP - Port to win by 10+ and with a Pie and Hawk win the Crisis Cup will leave Glennferie and go to Adelaide.
Kangaroos v Bris Lions TD - Lions to win in third gear,
Sydney v Richmond SCG - Swans at home needing to rebound.
Melbourne v West Coast MCG - Melbourne by plenty.
Hawthorn v Geelong TD - Hawks to win with spirit.

Essendon - not by much
Carlton - Kouta's back
Freo - too good at Subiaco and on a roll
Adelaide - Port too many injuries
Brisbane Lions - even if Vossy doesn't play and he probably wont
Sydney - Richmond are pretenders and Sookie Bubba Richadson is back
West Coast - Melbourne getting ahead of themselves
Hawthorn - playing for Schwabbie

Lucy Lion (Lucy Lion), Thursday, 6 May 2004 23:25 (twenty-one years ago)

Essendon - flat track bullies
Pies - Koutas back so is Bucks, Fraser and Tarrant. Could be a close one.
Freo - Saints with a couple out and the Dockers looking solid.
Port - Adelaide too many passengers
Lions - who are they playing again?
Swannies - if Roos stops acting like Eddie and gets his mind back on the job.
Melbourne- Lucy's tips are rank and so are the Egirls at the moment
Cats - Hawthorn playing for Schwabbie? You've got to be kidding these guys are playing for themselves...the Cats are playing for each other.

Essendon - too experienced, too much momentum

Carlton - Buckley may be back (no certainty) but Collingwood's record without Burns is probably worse. For all the weeping and tooth-nashing at Octopus this week last Sunday remains our only shocker

Freo - at home, more settled side. No Hayes or Koschiwhatever for Saints but only last week they won without Hamill. Like last week, a narrow loss St Kilda's best possible result to keep the lid on

Port - traditionally they even beat good MOTN teams and this crowd aint good

Bris - their loss will clear the cobwebs but the other mob's, in contrast, could be the last straw

Syd - too much class, too much speed, having won normal service can resume at Punt Road

Melb - their run will finish soon but against a better team than the West Coast Cardiacs

Hawthorn - throw this chance away and it really is all over for Schwab and half a dozen others

Dang my tips are carp again. Haven't tipped a winner in two years. My old six a week average has taken a savage beating in recent seasons.
