The footage from that angle was of such poor quality that AFL investigations officer Rick Lewis could describe Kerr's action only as "suspect" and had to point out to the tribunal which player was Kerr...
And yet Jamie Charman was outed on the balance of probabilities... The tribunal = inconsistent.
