Whitnall looks finished at Carlton

Reports in the daily comics strongly suggest that to be the case. He doesn't get along all that brilliantly with the coach and with competition for his spot massing it seems Lance has become a (too) round peg for a square hole.

Kouta and Campo are already the only premiership players left at Carlton, and they and Lappin will be the sole survivors from the 99 GF side if Whitnall follows Franchina out the door. Geelong and West Coast are two clubs named as maybe having an interest in the 'Red Menace'.

He's got the red hair which would indicate Geelong as the front runners, if he's Catholic, the Cats are sure things.

Is this another nail in the coffin of 'footballers' in the fight against 'athletes".

'if he's Catholic, the Cats are sure things.'

I think he might be. He already has three kids (not yet 25) and I think his mother used to teach at Loreto or some similar institution.

To be honest, he would work out well as the fat full forward at little Kardinia Park.

Kingsley is ordinary more times than he's brilliant, and fat Lance would create opportunities for Chapman, Ablett and Johnson to run off his crumbs (not the big mac ones either) and have a field day...

I'll not let that stand Benno. Fancy a Collingwood supporter having a crack at Kent Kingsley!! As if Chris Tarrant is any better!! Besides, only Cat fans can pay out Kent..he's ours!! :)

What many people forget is that KK is not really suited to the position that Geelong play him in. KK is not as strong as a Lloyd, Gehring or Neitz but alas, KK is the best man we have for the job. KK has got good speed and reads the play well but will often lose a physical one on one in the square. We have tried Graham,King and Mooney in that role so maybe the fat man could yet become a contented Cat.

KK critics who barrack for other clubs need to actually watch Geelong and please tell us all who would be the better bet at FF and to recognise that Kingsley is a dangerous forward who could become even more dangerous if moved out to a half forward flank so he could use the space that a player of his pace needs. He has kicked over 40 goals this season, which is not bad for a bloke who can't bloody kick straight.

Hands off Kingsley!! He is for us to pay our alone LOL.

PS - I'm a bit surprised about the Egirl interest in Whitnall.

E-Girls are still sponsored by Hungry Jacks? I think Lance was more interested in the contra opportunities than the EGirls...

Back to KK - he's the best you have, but even the rabid Geelong supporter who sits next to me reckons he carries a handbag when not on the ground. But yep, he is the right man for the spot - and that is why fat lance could work out well in Gee-long

avagoodweekendyall - I'm off on another happy end of season trip. Look out Melbourne, look out MCG, look out Caulfield :)'

Mmm, beer!

Big lance would be a decent acquisition, get him fit and hes a class player. Geelong might as well wait till brown comes back home.

Anybody would be better REB, having Big Bad Benny and Big Bad Kent in the same forward line frightens most opposition!!!

Good luck on Saturday Night, i hope you flogg brisbane. i reckon you are a big chance.
