West Coast to beat the Roos by 22 points

The Roos have been going flat out to get the Wok but will find the Eagles too tough at Putrico. The home ground advantage will assist the Girls but the Rooboys will prove to be a far tougher nut to crack than the one dimensional Magpies last week. Ashley Sampi will provide plenty of headaches for the Roos.

Carlton to beat the Bulldogs by 30 points

Carlton's two big guns up front will stretch the undersized Dogs defence (Rawlings doesn't impress in my book) and manage to kick a winning score for the Blues. The dogs may have an edge in pace but the Blues appear to have the stronger bodies and will be standing tall at the end.

Didn't get a chance to put up my choices before last nights game - damn. However I agree with the Carlton tip, think they will win by and easy 13 points!

Westener must be very pleased with his Eagles, didn't get to see the game on the celebration song at the end - but very impressed the thumped Laidley's Kangaroos by 80 points. Go the Coasters.

Tonight however is a different story - Lions to beat the Bombers at Carrara.

Don't believe Richmond beat Fremantle at Alice Springs - very surprised by that - wasn't Matthew Richardson playing?

The Prisoner would have to be Kouta - can't believe he's hurt his knee again - poor bugger. I assume he is not playing tonight.

Pleased is probably an understatement LL, but still trying to keep a lid on it. It is only a practice match after all.

Good to see Woosha is not being pressured into moving away from his plan for the pre season and continues to rest players in rotation.

Also, we don't have any thugs. Just good wholesome "All Aussie" boys who love footy and a small drink after it.

No thugs - ever taken any stats on on field trouble? Guess who is at the middle or the fringes of the majority - yes that's right young Daniel Kerr! Definitely training up to become the biggest thug of all. Having said that I wish your Eagles luck for The Goblet of Fire

I may get my wish for a West Coast v Brisbane Final this year!

You might have one part right lucy, however your mob have no chance whatsoever

Kerr a thug!!!

Been in the sun a bit long I think, LL.

He's Big Quinten's best mate. Drove Quint around after he lost his license. Buys pills from his own pocket to give to the needy.

Pure as driven snow is our young Daniel.

And we all know how much snow there is in Perth!!!! lol

Pure as driven snow is our young Daniel.

You could sat that he's a regular Prince Valium.

Sorry.

You can do one of two things growing up in WA. You can either throw bottles at police after gatecrashing a party or you can become a league footballer. Remarkably, some choose to play football and thus are as pure as the driven snow.

Can't say I ever throw bottles at police, never gatecrashed a party and unfortunately not eligible to play footy with the boys!

I don't know about you guys but I'm really sick of these Harry Potter movies (especially since my favourite character was killed off). Bring on the main feature.

Agreed Susso. I think we are playing your mob this week..maybe we'll both lose!

New book due out in July Chrisso!

If the pundits are right about my beloved Bombers, I may be needing a good book around that time. Lucky for me the pundits get it wrong quite often, but then again so do I.:-S

If you pre-order the book from some bookstores you get it $20 cheaper - bargain!
