How could you let go of maloney, big mistake by the catters

Maloney was well down the pecking order in midfielder Jase and we have no key position players. Maloney was always going to well at Melbourne because they traded away Woewodin and Powell and have been soft in the middle for the last couple of years.

Maloney is a hard nut but tends to get caught with the ball a fair bit and sometimes his disposal is not that great. I would rather have kept Ling, Bartel, Kelly, Corey, Ablett and Chapman ahead of Maloney but we do need someone who can hold a mark now that Benny's gone.

No way Jose. I watch em every week and Maloney isn't a patch on any of em. I don't think we underrated Maloney but we had a lot of players of his type. I do rate Maloney but he does have more to do than the players you mentioned and I know for a fact that you don't rate Chappy but your team certainly does.

He was targetted big time in a game against the Power and he was bobbing up everywhere and booted three goals in a game at Cat park but seeing as we won that day you probably wouldn't remember it :)

Just like I try to forget that final last year when Chappy didn't get a kick and we got crunched LOL.

Id say wanting to belt a bloke because he is a smart arse doesnt mean we rate him, half our team wants to belt brett burton and we certainly dont rate him.

Anyway time will tell, but maloney would have been most welcome at the power

PS i do remember, didnt it end with big bad bustling benny trying to pass off a ball late in the day, stuffed the kick up and then it did a complete right angle and rolled through???

What do you expect from a Gridiron player :)
