PIES by 9: A good record against the Roos and will burst their bubbleCATS by 14: Johnno back a key for the Geelong attackLIONS by 25: Class will tell in the end as they shake off the dogged HawksEAGLES by 15: Dogs will give a yelp but Coasters solidSWANS by 8: No luck with the Crows this year but surely not in SydneyPOWER by 31: An undermanned Power to shake off the Blues who leave it to too fewDOCKERS by 19: Richmond win three in a row? Surely not. Freo's draw has been tougherDEMONS by 44: No Harvey, Kositske, Riewoldt, or hope for the Saints. Demons on fire and the maggots love em
Possible upsets are Pies, Adelaide and Carlton for me but I went for Port because Tredrea will cause big problems for the blues and I went for Sydney because of the home ground advantage and the attractive brand of football they play LOL.

REB

North Melbourne DiehardsBrisbane Blacks (someone please tell if they see the queue to kick J.Brown's arse - he plays we beat Sydney and Port)West Coast Top Hats (moving on from a derby)Geelong Valiants (hard to get started)Port Adelaide Frauds (where was the side that tackled Brisbane into the ground)Sydney Umpires (not really, just better numbers at the ball in Q4) Fremantle CarrsMelbourne Leaders
And now for the kiss of death - this seems a pretty straight forward round.

LIONS - Hawks showed spirit v the SeptInst but infinitely more needed against this mob
WEST COAST - at home, can match Dog strengths
GEELONG - both have gone backwards this year, but they were further forward to start with
PORT - unless Fevola and Whitnall kick 12 between them. No Chad makes that slightly more likely, but with Carlton's leftovers midfield they'd most likely have to do it with 10 kicks. Williams will be free to indulge his 'Scumbag Stevens' obsession, this time....
SYDNEY - expect big Post-Showdown Hangover from the MOTN. Surely their form can't last
FREO - see above re Tiges
MELBOURNE - I have the 'feelin' in me bones' about this one but I'm not quite game to call it

Hasn't he been injured anyway?
Tips are in, fellas. A bit of uniformity about this weeks tips, I wouldn't expect the ladder to change too much.
Essendon to spank the Valiants.

Might come at a handy time in Brisbane's history, being able to make F/S selections from two clubs. Just don't waste such a good 'sting' on another Steve Lawrence!
