Whoever meets them on Grand Final Day, I dont think being 4 games clear is a true indication, they are extremely vunerable in melb and especially with there shocking fianls record.

All things going well, i.e. no injuries, consistent form (all which look pretty good) West Coast should get to the GF with easy.

It's who they'll play that's the interesting bit! Obviously in my mind my Brisbane Lions have a chance if we get to 2nd or third (home final don't have to travel to Subi - again!) I also think the Crows are a chance as long as they don't have there form slump now. Geelong are a chance (once again a repeat of the 1992 and 1994 GF)

Interesting times!

Even though they are handily placed, there is no guarantee that the Eagles will make the Granny.

They still have to win a number of finals before that happens.

Let the season take it's course.

Geelong of course :)

ROTFLMAO!!

How about the Eagles and Sidanee! During the course of the year, by design or fluke, they've developed the ability to play free flowing, high scoring games, as well as the "Noah", massive flood, stop/start, lots of uncontested possessions.

Sort of gives them viable options for games plans to best suit the opposition.

Sydney are shit and will go out in straight sets. To quote the Suss one ROTFLMAO!!

Brisbane, Sydney, West Coast and John Barnes IQ are all speculation and fairy dust. But the two stone cold certainties REB are the size of the chip on the shoulders of us Qlders. and our very loooooong memories.

...I mentioned Barnsey because he tipped weeks ago on Fox League Teams that Brisbane would make the top four much to the merriment of messers Dunstall, Sheehan and Schwass.

Turned out to be (perhaps) the best call of the year but someone you would least suspect...

Barnesy makes 100 calls a week. With that sort of scattergun approach, you will get a couple right every week.

Last week he said Courtney Johns would dominate. Did he even get a possession?

Brisvegas to begin the next Dynasty and win their 4th flag in 5 years...

Bennö (Bennö), Thursday, 14 July 2005 02:03 (twenty years ago)

Too true Benno, I use that approach myself but manage to get 100 calls a week wrong LOL. At least I'm consistent :)
