Check out the pic of Angus Monfries in today's Age.

There was always a touch of the David Bowie (Cat People) about young Gus (in both looks and attitude) but on the basis of that shot he could walk onto the West End and play Grizabella tomorrow. Although he'd need voice training and most likely surgery to get anywhere near the Streisand high notes in 'Memories'.

Now Bowie in "The Hunger", that's a look. The only person to make violet sunglasses look acceptable.
