Akermanis needs a Drug Test

I read, today, in the local Press that Jason Akermanis has "spoken" to his Mum, his as yet unconceived sons(probably play for Brissie under the father/son rule)and a few others, during a cross to the "other side"!!!!!

Methinks, if it's not drugs, it's gotta be the Sun.

I've heard that the Sun can rot your brain just as much as LSD or marijuana, especially the Andrew Bolt and Mike Sheahan columns, but I didn't know it was that easily available in Queensland.

It's not such a bad article. And say what you like, as controversial as Aker is he opens is mouth and Brisbane Lions/AFL hit the papers up here. Keep it going Aker, if this is the only way the bloody media will give us any coverage keep it up.

Maybe so Rickie, but that friggin' peanut gets us media coverage, otherwise we'd be lucky to get a single column half in paragraph. And as long as he can deliver on the footy field I'm happy to look at him!!!

Yes Westener, Aker is certainly quality. Ya know I'm not totally freaked by what he is saying, lots of people react differently to grief and if that's helps him deal with the loss of his mum - go for it.

H - Choc could play a bit, but cost the Dragons a premiership in 99 when he went himself instead of passing to Blacklock in the clear...

He also made a fool of himself many times, including on memorable day when he mouthed off "Laurie Daley is running on old legs, man, he won't see wich way I went".

Daley then proceeded to give him the biggest towelling ever.

I have never liked Choc because of that mouth, and want him to fight Danny Green. Please...

The day in 2001 Australia lost the Davis Cup and Warnie threw away a Test ton (a couple of days after we blew the soccer World Cup) the general gloom was more than dissipated by the sight on the news of Anthony Mundane's nose pointing at the Hordern Pavilion (from memory) arc-lights after being flattened by the first 'real' boxer he had ever fought.
