We'll find a way to fall.

Oh dear. This is very poor, even for you. Obviously the year is all over for us.

And I backed you for a Top 4 finish...

Oh you do get snappy when I have a dig at the Pussies!LOL

Anyways, Bomber Thompson says it's a good reality check.ROTFLMAO! I would have thought that just being GEELONG was enough of a reality check.

Chrisso are you crying or do you see this as an opportunity for one of the Johnson boys to Captain your Bombers over the next couple of weeks. How do you see Essendon's chances over Eddie's twits on Anzac Day - I was thinking of tipping the Bombers but not sure if your lot will survive without Maffuw! After all they will be coming up against the AFL's most traditional side, not to mention having the fight against the GREAT N Buckley and the Much Maligned Malthouse and Chief Eddie!

I so hope your lot flog them!

Not much point asking Chrisso about Essendon Lucy, he's too obsessed with the Cats. Obviously with one defeat in seven weeks we might as well throw our hands in the air and give up.

True! Well REB how do you think the Bombers will go without Lloyd?

Your thoughts would be appreciated!!!:)

Collingwood. Their defence is ok and the return of Fraser has been a huge boost. Pies are at full strength while the Bombers are not. Hille a big in for Essendon but it's the Pies for mine. Cripes, been tipping them a lot this year!

Obsessed?!?! Yep, one comment about the most overrated team in the league this year must make me obsessed. You're not real good at dealing with a spanking are you REB? Get over it, you should still make the 8.

Essendon? We're screwed this year, that's no secret. Collingwood will flog us this week so you'd be stupid to tip us.

"Essendon? We're screwed this year, that's no secret. Collingwood will flog us this week so you'd be stupid to tip us. "

If Hird plays, I'll take Essendon. He grows an extra leg on ANZAC Day and always, always carves us up...

[sarcasm]Yeah, sorry Chrisso, you've never had a pot shot at Geelong on this forum before, I guess I was a tad touchy [/sarcasm] LMAO :)

if geelong start good will they carve up the dogs and go on topn of the ladder ?

daniel james warren (wazza), Tuesday, 18 April 2006 05:10 (twenty years ago)

Ahh too much of talking the maggies up I reckon - Essendon to flog em!

Lucy Lion (Lucy Lion), Tuesday, 18 April 2006 06:05 (twenty years ago)

I don't know about a flogging, but we've beaten a very ordinary Roos team and a very ordinary Hawks team, and been belted by the Premiership favourites...

If anyone should be worried about how their team is going to fare in 2006, I think it Lions supporters - the old blokes look slow, the young blokes aren't there, and the transitional generation of Lappin and Hadlee are gone for the season...

Bennö (Bennö), Tuesday, 18 April 2006 22:29 (twenty years ago)

very ordinary Hawks team

I'm not so sure about that.

chrisso (chrisso), Tuesday, 18 April 2006 23:35 (twenty years ago)

Me either!! They were 20 goals better than the Gorillas at Cat Park :(

REB

I'm not worried Benno, we'll win a few and probably lose many but as everyone keeps saying you cant win all the time!
