what kind of excercise do footy players do and how many times a week ?

You've probably come to wrong place for such info chlo-E as I'd suggest the posters on this board wouldn't know what excercise is let alone know how much the AFL boys train and how they do it.

You could try Google and throw in a few training-related search terms for some real answers. I do some weight lifting every weekend (one beer at a time) but as I am close to my football club as Glen Manton is to his, then my information and opinions anything would be as relevant.

I can't work out who is thye biggest tosser in the footy media, so many to choose, but my top 3 would be: Manton, Neitz and Carey.

LMAO. GOLD Chrisso. Dunstall is a talent free zone when it comes to television.

My votes go to

3- Robert KnoWalls. Irrelavent yet paid.
2- Jason Dunstall. Has absolutely killed Fox League Teams. The Gospel is also 'must miss' viewing.
1- Dermott Brereton. His outdated 'bring back the biff' theme was stale a decade ago.
