Big Bill Ryan''s mark 1968

There is a photograph of Bill Ryan (Geelong) marking on his chest, standing on the shoulders on Ian Synman (St Kilda), in the 1968 first semi final. I remember watching the footy replay the night after, and thinking 'there would be no better mark'. Ted Rippon called it 'the mark of the century' on 3AW radio at the time.
Jezza's mark occurred in the 1970 grand final, two years later. We have seen countless replays of Jezza, but nothing of Big Bill Ryan which occurred two years earlier. Do you have footage of it? It is worth showing it. Ryan's mark occurred in either the first or second quarters.

The 68 1st Semi is the first game in their catalogue. I think these days they exclusively do DVDs rather than videos.

Bill Ryan was a vastly under-rated footballer who was always in the shadow of Doug Wade.
