Sorry Larry but losing two grand finals in a row has more to do with the Pies fragile mental state (beautifully illustrated by this latest RIDICULOUS tirade by someone who should know better) and a lot less to do with concessions granted to teams that DON'T COME FROM FOOTBALL STATES (get it Einstein?).
How can you say that Collingwood is disadvantaged when they only travel interstate four times a year and gets double up 'blockbuster' dates (which just make the rich richer btw)against league powershouses Richmond and Carlton (while the Bullies, Roos, Demons and Cats head interstate to get flogged). Have a good look at next season's draw...it's softer than Shane Woewodin on Grand Final day. You've been given a walk up start to the top four yet again.
Your 'not fair' arguement is reminiscent of Jack Elliot at his worst, and as for calling the Cats handbaggers, well, that's as original as Collingwood losing a grand final. Have a good look at the game (with both eyes open this time) and you'll see 'mighty Collingwood' (LOL) players looking over their shoulders as Lion players head straight for the ball.
In fact, if your club didn't take it's eye off the ball with the futulie Rocca defence, you might have been able to focus on what really mattered...beating the BEST team in the league.
You blokes got your deserved comeuppance last year and fans both within and outside Victoria rejoiced.

Things got so bad the Moderator started sending me explanations to my home email address. Telling me I was not sticking to their guidelines which was a load of crap. It seemed if you personalised any responce i.e. used another posters name, they just didn't pass the grade. In fact, they dumped another of mine this morning, which was a response to " Where to express your disappointment..." I stupidly made reference to the fact they had axed The Fat.
