Tribunal Inconsistencies continue....

I don't understand this, Daniel Kerr suspended from the H&A season because...

"With the Eagles eliminated from the pre-season competition the tribunal was left with no alternative but to suspend Kerr from the home and away season."

Why not suspend him from games in next year's Pre-Season cup. It's ridiculous Jonathan Brown was suspended for 2 matches which have to come out of the H&A season yet he was allowed to play in the Wizard cup - same with Rocca. Surely for consistency it should be either, if suspensions occur they apply to the series you are playing in i.e. Wizard Cup suspensions apply to Wizard Cup and H&A Suspension apply to H&A series.

I scares me to think the Tribunal is showing such inconsistencies already - it could be a long year!

I can kinda understand it for major incidents. If you bust a bloke's jaw he won't play for however-many weeks no matter what competition it is. But this doesn't sound like it was major.

Usually the tribunal goes big-game fishing at this time of the year to Show Who's Boss. Remember Brereton for Sydney being framed over Rayden Tallis and given 8 weeks? Or Billy Brainless a couple of years later?

Whiz Hard cup matches mean nothing, missing them is no biggie to the players. You don't want blokes running around doing a Robbie Muir so they don't have to play in Cairns in February.
