Not going anywhere, but I am hoping to read:

Ghostwritten - David Mitchell
or
Norweigan Wood - Haruki Murakami.

Kevan (Kevan), Wednesday, 22 December 2004 15:50 (twenty-one years ago)

Michael Bracewell, Tim Lott - in case I need them, or can get back round to them

David Peace, 1974: I must start again somewhere

Sean O'Brien, Cousin Coat

Presents for others, I suppose, also

the bellefox, Wednesday, 22 December 2004 22:10 (twenty-one years ago)

six Michael Connelly's, the new Peter Robinson, two Lonely Planet adventure books, the fourth installment of Wilt and Les Miserables (have taken the latter on three holidays now).

Kristen Manning, Thursday, 23 December 2004 12:10 (twenty-one years ago)

Finishing today--Lolita

On the plane--P.G. Wodehouse (one of the Jeeves books) and the 3 most recent issues of One Story magazine. I find I prefer lighter stuff, in terms of both tone and literal weight, while travelling.
