can't log in

I set up an account, and my password won't work, and when i try the normal procedure to reset my password, i never get the e-mail with the code I need to do so. I've tried several times over the last few weeks.

and when i try to set up a new account, it says that an account is already created for my e-mail.

what's a boy to do?
