What the hell is up with the sudden surge in Geir hate?

I find him frustrating at times, but it's just the internet and I can unclench. But right now there are about six threads just about mocking Geir. What the fuck? Can we close some of them or delete some of them? They seem both stupid and, well, not about music.

There are so many geir threads on ilm that locking them all will be a couple of hours work. I'll lock all but a couple of them as & when they come up on new answers. I dunno about any of the other mods, but I'll probably delete any new geir threads as they come up. It's worse than p'fork haet, ffs.
