Make anti-semitism thread ungoogleable?

Am I right that it's possible for Mr Noodles and Andrew to put in a meta tag that requests that Google not index certain pages?

If so, I'm thinking that my Is this anti-semitism? thread might be a good candidate to avoid anti-semitic trolls.
