need a note added to the top of a post

it's on the fantasy league thread on i love baseball Any team caught using the shift will be fined by the league: your 2023 fantasy baseball thread!

the draft got moved up a day an i'd just like a note saying "the draft has been moved up to Saturday March 25th" at the the top so no one misses it.
we moved the draft date once before and a few people saw the initial post, but missed the discussion on a new date (and the email from yahoo) and were upset
