I enjoyed the spooky short story aspect of this for a while - ages ago you knew this person, they were weird and annoying but you haven't thought about them in years, now suddenly someone knocks on your door with a long list of grievances against this person and recruits you as if you were as interested as they - there's a note of Kafka there. But I feel it's run its course.
