A Suggestion - email harvesting?

This is just a suggestion for the overworked coders of ILX...

Could there perhaps be a warning, before you post, if people are "following the thread by email" rather than just telling you that the emails have been sent after you've hit submit?

There was talk once about disabling the feature entirely once.
