My husband's trying to register, and supposedly a password has been emailed. Does it take a while?

it does seem to take a while beth, it's the same when you change your email address. I had to wait a few days for mine to arrive.

I got sent a password reset code today, which I hadn't requested. Presumably that means somebody was trying to nick my username or something, doesn't it? Does this kind of thing happen often?
