Right, for those of you who justifiably can't be bothered to trawl through 280-odd posts of abject mentalism:

I've made it about two thirds of the way down this thread and, frankly, fuck this. From now on all Nude Spock aliases get banned on sight. I'm starting another thread so people can help the mods out.
And frankly, if there's any way a site admin can ban him from the Mod Request Board as well it'd be fanfuckingtastic.

I don't know if it's the done thing to ban even the most persistant trolls from this forum, but I very much doubt any of the mods have the time and inclination to come into work in the morning and read 280-post threads in the vain hope of finding some sort of point or sensible decision.

Jon, I've banned the guy's IP more than once in the past! It didn't work. Here's the thread he started less than 10 minutes after I banned his IP back in July:

I checked his last post in "de subjectivisten", and confirmed it was the same IP, so I blocked it. We'll see if it'll work, thanks Jon.

I did think of a method for blocking posters from tor and other open proxies, I'll see what you think next time we're on aim?
