Are we not allowed to change our screen name now? Because I tried changing my name and not any other information I got the message :
"Private-Email Address Already Taken
That private email address has been registered by another user. Go back and enter a different address."

it looks like ANY change to settings is failing at the mo. from what i call changing screen name (i.e. the bit right after the -- in the sig) shouldn't have any impact on the whole e-mail address shenanigans

Hmmm. If anyone who has this problem doesn't mind giving me their password for a bit, please drop me a line. I can't replicate it here at all, and there's nothing obvious in the db that says why it shouldn't work for you.
