I'm getting this quite often lately, is it just me? (usually, refreshing a little later (minute or so) solves the problem. Don't have this with other sites, just ilx)

Yes. It's already done, I think.

One in ten of the queries is doing a tablespace scan. Is the slow query log turned on (I don't think it is)? Adding an index should help (unless it's a small table), but we'd need to work out which one it was.

Actually, talking about killing long running queries, this was done I think when search was still available, so IIRC it was set at about 30 seconds. It should probably be set at about 5.
