So, for whatever reason, @ work, when I use the regular ilxor.com URL, I get dinged by Websense software, which has never happened before. However, when I append the 8080 port to the site address, or use ilx.wh3rd.net, I get in fine. I assume, tho, that the 8080 port & the wh3rd.net addresses won't work in the future. Is this correct?

Same problem here, except I've tried every iteration that I can think of (w/ and w/o port 8080, ilx.wh3rd.net, etc.) and it's still blocked. THIS IS URGENT AND KEY, obv.

I can't really do much about this! If yr work is blocking ILX domains, speak to them.

The other addresses should keep working indefinitely. ilxor.com is just becoming the canonical home.

Seriously, I know you can't help that - I just found it strange that SUDDENLY they threw up the blockcade, yet I can get there if I muck around w/ the URL (& want to make sure the muckarounds will still work).

David, you'll probably be able to use the different URL until your IT police spot the usage and add it to their blockade.

paperthinwalls is banned from my workplace, thanks to their very helpful "mp3" metatags, but i can get to ilxor ok..

I think it's probably because we were on 8080 -- which is not unusual, but rare enough to stand out in the logs.

Bored admin goes "ahoy ahoy wots this den could it be CANADIAN JAVASCRIPT?", finds its us scrapping with each other, blocks ilxor.com and goodness therein.
