didnt realize stet had bumped it for me.... still cant get to it through that^^^^ link on this computer. i have to use the computer i was using in ILX2's first week.

no, i doubt it.

remember how some people couldnt get to ILX2 the first week or so it was up? Its exactly like that. The computer i used to get to ILX2 that week lets me see it, but my main computer does not.

anyway, stet bumped it so i can get there on the new answers page, but its strange because ive googled for old threads about a dozen times since ILX2 went live, and thats the only one i've ran into that problem on.

also, this is kind of funny: this takes me to a page that looks like this.... is that how ILX2 deals with duplicate thread titles?

This isn't ILX2 doing that, it's a script running in front of it, to translate old URLs to new ones. New ILX doesn't care if there are duplicates, as they're not keyed that way. The translation script will be switched off once Google catches up.

Do you know about the direct search? I find it easier to get stuff through that than Google, plus I spent a bunch of time making it go fast.
