Finding threads with words that have few characters (where is that dc or is it d.c. bands thread)?

I was sure there was a recent thread on DC rock bands. I was trying to find it to post on that new thread about DC hardcore but was unable to find it via either a google search or a direct ilx search. Hmmmm, was it "d.c." in the title or "dc" . It has too few characters to be searchable I guess?

I know that DC bands the Warmers and Rites of Spring and Bad Brains were mentioned in the thread, but I stil can't find it via google. I think the thread was posted in February 2007.

Ned suggested that I post my question here, but alas, you busy moderators figure I must have realized the answer myself--the search engines just can't work on terms with few characters.

I guess i will never find that thread...(I used to be able to find those listings of particular threads for a day--if there were some for I think February 2007 I bet a could find it)

That's not it. If you read that NEW dc hardcore thread, you'll see that I posted the first response to it mentioning an earlier thread. Others have also posted referring to that earlier thread using DC in the title, but no one has found it (on ILX or the sandbox). Read and then think out the box yo!

Weird. I just went to google and did the same search i did several days ago "ILX and unrest," that brought up nothing, but this time it came up with a thread! yea.
