Rather than keep the long football/sarker rolling threads on the ILE main board, what would it take to set up a separate board, ie I Love Footy or similar?

this question has been asked several times before. the majority of football thread posters tend to prefer it being kept to ILE i think. my mind changes every day.

those boards are all so quiet i really don't get why they broke off in the first place. football is actually the one sport that could sustain it's own board well, but it's 'too late' now really - should've happened 4 years ago if it was going to at all.
