The webmail that sends the password emails out is currently getting blocked by a bunch of email spam filters. This just used to be the case with hotmail, now it's with many other email hosts. The reason for this is not known. This is also why the webmail isn't working too well at the moment. A solution to this is being worked on, I believe it will be fixed in a couple of weeks.

Some of the mails get bounced to the ilx.moderators address, if this was the case with yours, Dom, I'd be able to retrieve the login details and mail them to you, but it's not, your email host must have blackholed it. Sorry, man. I can't do a thing about it right now.
