PC Adventure Games: It's dark

Every time I try to open the PC Adventure Games thread on ILE Firefox locks up and I have to close it down and restart. The thread appears to be trying to open some kind of embedded applet from Infocom or something? Is this just me or is it a general Firefox problem?
