password not working

for some reason, beginning this evening, i cannot log in using the same password i'd been using for two years.

can someone reset my password and email me at amateurist at the hotmail dot the com.

it's probably just a coincidence but the combination of this and the recent ability of ilx users to adopt other users' email addresses/usernames has me worried.

i've tried using the reset password function, but i guess that function uses the email address "amateur!!!st@hotma!!!l.com," which obviously doesn't exist. i had thought that ilx kept my real email address in the settings despite displaying the de-googlified one. but i guess not. so if someone could reset the password for me i'd be much obliged. or figure out why it's no longer working in the first place.

it is strange: one hour my password (for both accounts!) was working, next hour it was not. maybe it's for the best, i won't charge up the statscock now.

no, i understand, martin. i miswrote--i guess it's the coders that would be able to fix it, not the moderators. like i noted above, it's not a huge deal.
