Accidental ban suggestion

So I accidentally suggested banning someone because the "Suggest Ban" link is right next to the "Bookmark" link. I'm sure you know the who, what, and where. I pressed the Confirm button probably because of some muscle memory. Anyway, nevermind the suggestion.

The confirm bookmark screen looks exactly like the confirm ban suggestion screen, too. The latter should be bright red or summat.

In my defence, it does have a page asking you to confirm it that says "Suggest that this user is banned" next to the button! (x-post)

(I still think it should say "Suggest this user to be banned." As it is now, it sounds like we're all saying, "Hey, this guy. I'm thinking he's banned.")

btw I seem to be picking up a lot of issues with this ILX, but it's because I'm looking for issues. In actual fact, the enhancements outweigh the perceived bugs/things I don't like by roughly 10 to 1.
