Ban @ IP Level

An occasional but ugly troll resurfaced today [ ilx.p3r.net/thread.php?msgid=5930187#5930262 ] impersonating a fairly well-known ILX0R, and not in a very flattering manner. I as well as others have requested thread/post deletion in the past (cf: archives) and his posts were all nuked.

I realize it's an unlikely request but is a ban at the IP level out of the question? If he gets the attention that he seeks, he'll become more of a nuisance (cf: archives).

I know the only thing keeping C*l*m from being banned is that he shares an IP with other posters. If this isn't true for this troll, please do it for sweet GGYX!
