mods, a little help..

i just posted a hilarious (and obscene) photo of myself on this thread: Post your *favorite* photo of yourself, here. All time greatest. - and i would now like it deleted as it looks an eyesore, and replace it with a link to same (which i suppose is my responsibility anyhow).
