Hard to say; it looks like the IP address is coming in from a freeserve which probably means that whoever did it is trying to get someone else a bunch of hatemail spam. I'm going to edit the addy...let me know if we should just shitcan the whole thing.

you want to be careful about stuff like this, might be someone assuming that guys email address. feasibly from the council also, good way to get someone in trouble, right?
