Help for someone who can't register?

I got a personal email from a guy trying to register for ILX, just because they knew who I was from seeing me post on the Rolling Metal thread. He says he's tried three times, over the last couple days, and doesn't seem to have gotten a password email (and has tried searching his gmail spam folder for it, to no avail). Can anybody verify that new accounts are working, and/or can anybody help him?
