it seems like thread bans automatically expire after a certain amount of time - but how long?

i think it might be why kenan was unbanned and no mod has said they unbanned him. I kept getting banned by Pato in his "males only" thread - and a little while later, i'd be unbanned. This happened at least twice.

yeah ok that is making me think that the thread-ban functionality is probably just straight up broken, which explains the whole iltmi mystery.
